On September 26, TXdocs released an update with new forms and features to bring even more value to your subscription.
Family Law:
- Broader use for provisions specific to a child over the age of 12: TXdocs now provides you more control, to allow for children who are about to turn 12 and for those you don’t have dates of birth entered
- For adoption of a child whose parents had rights terminated due to abuse or neglect: option for a new Social Security number to be issued
- Termination Answer: new pathway for a respondent who is a non-perpetrating, non-possessory conservator
- Orders for Parenting Apps: updated order language from OurFamily Wizard and AppClose
- Divorce Decree and Agreement Incident to Divorce: Added terms of payment for lien on property for reconstitution judgment for fraud on the community estate
- Updated PDFs from the Department of Defense (now Department of War)
