JUNE 2026: forms
June 20th Release: TXdocs released an update packed with new forms, local court updates, and improvements across multiple practice areas—all designed to save you time and keep your practice current. Here are the highlights:
REAL ESTATE
The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has released updated versions of several standard contracts and addenda. TXdocs has updated all affected forms to reflect the latest TREC versions, which will be mandatory on July 1, 2026.
For each contract, TXdocs offers two versions to fit your workflow. The promulgated PDFs pull in your stored case answers automatically, so your client and property information populates the form without retyping. If you prefer a cleaner, more readable format, you can assemble the corresponding Sales Contract in chapter 8 of the Real Estate practice area, leaving you with a polished, professional document that's easy to review and customize, if needed.
