TXdocs released an update with new forms and features to bring even more value to your subscription.

  • IMPROVED: Form list starts sorted by topic at the beginning of Document Assembly. Type to filter immediately—no need to focus the filter field first.
  • IMPROVED: “View already answered questions” resets to the preference set in Personal Settings > General.
  • IMPROVED: Equalization payment in the Divorce Decree defaults to the amount set in the Proposed Division Tool.
  • IMPROVED: Status bar displays the title of the PDF being assembled when assembling multiple PDFs.
  • FIX: Government envelope address tool no longer closes when typing to locate the desired item in the list.
  • IMPROVED: Support for “Assumed Names” (e.g., “doing business as”) for defendants during assembly.
  • FIX: TXdocs Classic could block switching to another application, if document assembly was paused on a required, unanswered, field.
  • FIX: Names containing an ampersand (&) now display correctly in the Contacts Manager.
  • IMPROVED: Contacts Manager context menu includes “Client Documents” for quick access to previously assembled documents.
  • FIX: Switching the selected court now reloads allowed payment types, preventing incorrect payment restrictions during filing.
  • IMPROVED: When an error is returned from the state eFiling system, a button allows viewing the underlying error.
  • IMPROVED: Support for cases with many service recipients; the list is scrollable.
  • FIX: “Add new” option appears only once in the payments dropdown on the Fee Calculation step.
  • IMPROVED: Added “Select All” option to Dashboard lists, like the ‘questionnaires incomplete’ list to quickly send reminders to clients.
  • FIX: The Heirship Tree will no longer prompt to overwrite the heirs after downloading a Probate Online Intake Questionnaire that did not contain any heirs.
