August 2026: forms
August 8th Release: TXdocs released an update packed with new forms to bring even more value to your subscription. Here are the highlights:
This release includes improvements to 210 forms across twelve practice areas. The largest piece of work is a library-wide expansion of automatic numbering support, so paragraph and section numbers renumber themselves cleanly as you add, remove, or reorder provisions. Alongside that, we've added new forms, updated several county-specific documents, and made substantive language updates driven by recent Texas case law.
We’ve also included some highly requested features to save you even more time: online intakes will now correct your clients’ capitalization errors for names and locations, and your account is now automatically set up with probate form sets for the various types of cases.
