MAJOR UPDATES: HEIRSHIP TREE AND CUSTOM QUESTIONNAIRES
Our latest release included many exciting updates, including improvements to our client intake questionnaires and Norris Probate heirship tree.
Our heirship tree tool now allows you to enter descendants through great-great-grandchildren and siblings' grandchildren, and have their interests automatically calculated.
Our client intake system now allows you to create custom questionnaires tailored to your firm's processes and preferences. You can either edit one of our existing questionnaires or create a completely new questionnaire from scratch.
In addition to these software updates, we've also released the much-anticipated Longino version of the Motion and Order Compelling Discovery. You are now able to include multiple requests and responses and include a broader range of scenarios, such as the filing of previous motions to compel and the grouping of complaints. If you still want to use the original version of this form it's available at the end of Chapter 21.

We're happy to announce that we moved offices last month! Because of the continued growth of our company we outgrew our old office space. Don't worry - we just moved down the road from our old office and are still located in Universal City. Actually, we're now in the same office that used to house ProDoc!

Harrison enjoys hiking (his favorite place to hike in Texas is Enchanted Rock) and volunteering at the food bank. He's a big fan of Sci Fi and fantasy and gets genuine joy from the latest tech developments and achievements happening in the genre. Harrison's biggest hobby is being a "dungeon master" and running weekly Dungeons & Dragons games with his close friends.
Harrison says "My favorite thing about working at TXdocs is the team. We are used to working together and we work efficiently. Content, Tech, and Service often work side-by-side to address subscriber issues and bring about changes requested by our subscribers. TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST
If you've ever called our office with a tech support issue, chances are you've spoken with Harrison. So many of our subscribers have said such wonderful things about him! Harrison fills many roles at TXdocs. He handles tech support matters, performs internal server and IT work, helps with our system security, performs offsite server work, tests our software content, and works with SQL architecture.
Harrison was born and raised in San Antonio and went to college at Texas Tech University. Since Harrison joined TXdocs full-time in 2018 he has held several different roles. He began in our content development department testing our forms, but later made the switch to the tech department.

FORMZ UPDATE
Since our last newsletter we have received 99 new FormZ requests and have fulfilled 47. We currently have 443 outstanding FormZ requests and have closed a total of 1,352 requests since we began tracking.
As a refresher, "FormZ" (pronounced "form-zee") is what TXdocs calls our proprietary software to track subscriber requests for new forms, fixes, or improvements.

TIPS AND TRICKS
Is there a way to set up default answers?
Yes. You can save a lot of time by setting default answers to common questions. To set a default answer, type your common answer and then click the "Set Default" button.
What is TXdocs' Deadline Calculator?
This tool calculates the due date for any deadline in the Tex. Rules of Civ. Procedure and Tex Civ. Practices and Remedies Code. Select the rule and enter the trigger date and the deadline calculator will tell you when the appropriate action is due. If the deadline falls on a weekend or courthouse holiday, TXdocs even adjusts the deadline accordingly.
