October Content Update Details

It’s been less than a month since our last update, but we’ve added some forms and features that we wanted to get out to you while we’re working on some bigger projects.

Among these changes are the highly anticipated Longino version of the Motion and Order Compelling Discovery in Family Law. You will now be able to include multiple requests and responses, and include a broader range of scenarios, such as the filing of previous motions to compel and the grouping of complaints. If you still want to use the original version, it’s available at the end of Chapter 21.

We’ve also expanded the use of the groundbreaking Heirship Tree in Probate. You can now enter descendants through great-great-grandchildren and siblings’ grandchildren. The Heirship Tree is now utilized not just in heirship proceedings, but also in probates when you need to list the heirs who would inherit in the absence of a Will. For those who haven’t used it yet, the Heirship Tree automatically calculates each heir’s interest in the estate, and displays the family history for the court or ad litem. It’s an easy way to enter and sort details for your probate case.
