TXdocs Gets An Upgrade

This next generation of TXdocs is designed to be easier to use with many enhancements including a new interface that has larger and clearer font, new colors and icons to make common tasks easier to find, and fewer popup windows to help things run smoothly. 
 

Practice Management Enhancements (TXdocsPlus and TXpractice)

Billing

  • Invoice credits are now included in the case history report and the court exhibit report.
  • Duplicate invoice number issue corrected.
  • New and improved forms.
  • Billing settings: fixed enabling/disabling emailing statements.
  • Fixed the "Transfer a payment from Trust" button.
  • The custom statement message will now be reset after every bill.
  • Issue with case description was not displayed when editing a payment has been corrected.
  • Fixed timer issue that could sometimes create a timeslip for another case.
  • Editing an expense slip no longer changes the date to today.

 

Document Assembly Enhancements (TXdocs and TXdocsPlus)

Client Web Services

  • Increased the maximum length of the initial invitation email to your clients.
  • You can now choose to download all inventory items at one time instead of previewing each item separately.

Additional Improvements

  • The divorce inventory window now allows you to move an item from community estate to a separate estate and vice versa.
  • Changed title of the Standard Delinquency report.
  • Improved the child support tool.
  • Corrected issue that caused windows to overlap during assembly.
  • Fixed issue where navigation buttons were not always displayed during assembly.
  • Download button on the new "recently assembled" window corrected.
  • Prevented unneeded popup while searching through clients.
  • When editing a task it is now possible to create a timeslip of this task.
  • Fixed refresh issue in the child support calculator.
