Select a section below to see a complete list of software improvements:

  • Added the Payment Account to the overview of a filing in the eFiling status window.
  • Form Search: When searching for forms the chapter filter will now automatically switch back to ‘All’ to ensure that any form with a matching search term will be found.
  • The ‘Officials Directory’ has been updated so that it now only shows the list of officials of the selected category when first opened.
  • ‘Document Manager’ and ‘Recently Assembled’ have been improved to support longer file names.
  • Added warning to the judgments form in the Delinquency Support Calculator to set the interest rate to the rate that was awarded in the judgement.
  • Guardianship Annual Accounting and Probate Annual Accounting: Fixed an issue that caused the previously reported value of an asset to be overwritten when that asset’s form was saved.
  • Improved the default settings of the Format Wizard for new TXdocs users.
  • Updated the Request Free Training form to more easily schedule training from within TXdocs.
  • The Proposed Division now includes the reimbursements on a separate tab.
  • Online Intake:
    • Added extra validation to the bcc email address for Online Intake emails in the Firm Settings.
    • Added new options to downloading Online Intake questionnaires in Family Law if your client is the Counterpetitioner or Counterrespondent.
  • Improved the way billing shortcuts work so that they can be used in the middle of the text instead of only at the end. You can now also insert a backslash (\) in your text by typing a second backslash, which will prevent the shortcut selection window from opening.
  • Updated the link with OneDrive to use the new Graph API – the previous api no longer supports creating folders. OneDrive users will have to use the Settings menu to select the “OneDrive (Graph)” item. After that selection and the initial authorization, TXdocs will add any missing folders and files within 48 hours.
