Form Enhancements (TXdocs & TXdocsPlus)

New Forms:

• Criminal Defense: 42 new forms including motions, orders and a letter to the prosecution; includes 3 new Williamson County local forms requested by a subscriber.
• Civil Litigation: Added new Sanctions and Contempt chapter, Default Judgment with Personal Injury, Response to Motion for Sanctions Rule 13, Letters to Expert Witness and Motion/Order Granting/Response/Order Denying Jury Note Taking.

Updates & Improvements to Existing Forms:

• Family Law: Several tweaks were made in response to feedback from our users, as well as some corrections were made to existing issues.
• Wills: Volume was touched up to standardize language between Husband/Wife documents and to make a correction to contingent trusts in the Pourover Will for a Man.
