Added letters to the icons in the tree to improve the readability in black and white print.
- Fixed an issue during assembly that could cause the form search results to include search results of a previous search.
- Improved tooltip for adding/removing favorite forms.
Several lists in the billing manager’s Account Details can now be sorted by clicking on the column headers, most notably the time slips and expense slips lists.
