We’re listening! We’ve gotten some great feedback on the new Wills and we have even more improvements and additions in the works. We’ve also heard from those who really miss our original Mom-and-Pop Wills, so we have moved them back into Chapter 2 of our Wills volume.

  • New form – Engagement Letter
  • Improvements on the sizing of headers and footers
  • Lump Sum and 3-Point distribution options added to Tax Oriented Wills using a One Lung option
  • Added options for corporate trustees and executors named in a Will
  • Improved Exit Letters to clients (previously called Letters of Instruction)

  • Optional language in Letter for Muniment of Title regarding the conducting of estate business
