TXdocs released an update with new forms and features to bring even more value to your subscription.
NEW TXDOCS CURRICULUM AND CERTIFICATION
We are proudly opening the TXdocs Curriculum to all subscribers, after a successful launch for students earlier this year.
The TXdocs Curriculum is a complete course for mastering TXdocs Standard, including Document Assembly, Online Intake, eFiling, and practice tools. It is a great tool for onboarding new staff or training existing staff on everything TXdocs. You can find it in the Learning Center menu in TXdocs.
The TXdocs Certification is a multiple-choice test that anyone can take to test their knowledge of TXdocs. TXdocs will send a certificate to anyone who successfully passes this test. They will also be added to the TXdocs Certified list on our website: https://www.txdocs.com/txdocs-certification/
NEW RULES IN DENTON COUNTY PROBATE COURTS
You will find a new local form in the Probate and Guardianship volumes, Certification Regarding Use of Artificial Intelligence (Denton) that should be filed in any case, regardless of whether or not you utilize any form of AI.
AMENDED TEXAS RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE
In preparation for the anticipated January 1 changes to the TRCP, civil litigation petitions now have 2 pathways for JP courts—your assembled petitions will reflect the applicable rule whether you’re filing before or after Jan. 1.
Be on the lookout: we’ll release another update in time for Jan. 1 changes for evictions in Landlord Tenant based on the TRCP changes and SB38.
