New features were added to Online Intake to further improve how you can get information from your clients and to enhance your productivity:

• Dashboard: Instantly see all outstanding questionnaires and their status. Know at a glance what’s ready to download and where action is needed.
• Message Center: Respond to client questions about intake forms directly in the portal. Prefer not to use messaging? Disable it anytime in the customization tab.
• Reminders: Send clients quick email reminders from the dashboard so questionnaires get filled out and tasks get completed—reducing delays and missed deadlines. Default reminder text can be set in firm settings.
• Daily Digest: Get a summary of client activity from the previous day delivered to your inbox so you can track progress without logging in. You can customize the email address for the digest email on the customization tab. You can also turn off the digest email if you prefer to use the dashboard.
• Case Management Integration: Online Intake questionnaires are now automatically archived when you close a case or contact. The automatic archiving also happens when you delete a client or case.
• Visual Updates: New icons on the Existing Questionnaires tab make it easy to distinguish between the different rows.
• Customization: The popup that users see when logging in for the first time can now be customized on the ‘Welcome Pages’ tab.
