- The title bar of TXdocs now correctly displays the PDF form name when assembling a form set.
- Switching practice areas in the form selection screen no longer switches back to the ‘All forms’ tab.
- The preview of the selected form did not display correctly when navigating the additional form search results.
- Improved the invitation dialog for the guided tour of assembling documents. This invitation pops up for new TXdocs users.
- Fixed issue in the form selection screen where the ‘Next’ button was not enabled after selecting a case.
- Prevented loss of Format Wizard settings if the Format Wizard was configured before assembling the 1st
- (Classic Only) Fixed an issue that caused the email tab in Personal Settings to be hidden if outlook wasn't installed.
- Improved resizing of the Letterhead Editor in Format Wizard.
- Updated Family Law’s Proposed Division and Inventory tools to allow adding new items when the ‘Net Value’ row of a vehicle or house is selected.
- Fixed the initial size of the Family Law Redactor Tool.
- New Online Intake interface added to Update/Add Prospect window.
- Client/case pickers now default to the current selection in the Contacts Manager.
- Closing a prospect’s case now also closes the prospect itself.
- Cases can no longer be added to prospects.
- ‘Upload/Download’ now shows the documents of the client documents root folder when opened.
- Fixed a rare ‘missing client ID’ error when adding a new case.
- Deleting a case now closes all associated Online Intake Services.
- Improved the heirship audit regarding the status for spouses and non-married parents whether they are alive or deceased.
- Updated the legend on the screen and on the printed version to reflect all available heir levels.
- New warning displays if a surviving spouse is added with no living descendants or heirs, preventing heirs from being left off the tree (per TEC §201.002(c)).
- Default email text for sending out new Online Intake services can now be set in ‘Firm Settings’.
- Added icons to the ‘Download’ and ‘Cancel’ buttons for questionnaires.
- The option to add a new payment when preparing a new envelope is now only visible if the eFiling user has the ‘Admin’ role. The ‘Admin’ role is part of the eFiling firm setup and users and their permissions can be modified in the ‘Manage Firm’ option of the ‘Integrated eFiling’ menu.
- The description of the document of a filing is a required field but was not marked as such.
- Unbilled invoice credits are now included in the ‘Status’ tab of Billing Manager’s Account Details.
- “Trust balance” and “Net balance” column positions switched when adding a payment to a contact.
- Periodic Billing: if a client is configured for consolidated statements (1 statement for multiple cases) and all cases are on hold, the billing overview now lists that client in a yellow-colored line as a warning that this client has been skipped. If any billing errors occur, they will be listed in red.
- New option in Billing Settings to use “Fees” as the caption for the ‘Expense Slips’ on statements instead of “Fees and Expenses”.
- Fixed overlapping of items in the statement layout selector in Billing Settings.
- Removed ‘Apply Fee’ checkbox on single statement tab if the case isn’t set up to apply the fee.
- Updated display of Rate Schedules to more clearly show the difference between alternative rates and % discounts. Changed “pct discount” label to “percent discount” in the Rate Schedule table.
- Increased the width of the “Billed” column in the tables for Time and Expense Slips in Billing Manager so that the column title is not cut-off.
- Changing the font of the custom statement header will now ask if the new font should be applied to all controls.
- Prevented the description of an expense type to be cut-off when used to prefill an expense slip.
- Fixed an issue that caused the description of the applied rate schedule (visible next to the actual rate) to be incorrect when adding a time slip.
- Security Settings: increased the size of the password column in ‘Staff Profile’ so longer passwords display correctly.
