February 21st Release: TXdocs released an update with new forms and features to bring even more value to your subscription.
On March 1, Misc. Docket No. 25-9106 will go into effect, modernizing Rule 166a of the TRCP regarding Summary Judgments. TXdocs now includes the new deadlines in the Deadlines Calculator and we’ve updated forms to better conform with the new language. MSJ forms in the TXdocs library include:
